Site Access Rules

Stick to legal uses only. Ban on illegal, scam-like, or damaging actions toward us or others.

No tampering with site integrity—like breaches, exploits, or virus spreads.

We can cut or revoke access instantly, reasoned or not, no heads-up required.

Content Rights

Text, visuals, marks, photos—all ours or licensors’—guarded by copyrights and IP rules.

No copying, tweaking, spreading, or showing without our signed okay.

Offerings Details

Consults and linked services roll out post-client talks and deals.

We can deny any offering to anyone, anytime.

No Promises Made

Site, goods, services delivered “as-is”/”as-offered”—zero guarantees, stated or assumed.

No assurances of flawless runs, bug-free ops, or threat protection.

Damage Limits

Never on the hook for ripple effects like profit dips, rep hits, data wipes, or abstract harms from Agreement/site use.

Max exposure? Whatever law caps it at.

Offering Reach

Listed services? Not everywhere; subject to unannounced tweaks.
